Neil Fletcher

Neil grew up in Kansas and worked on his family's farm for over 12 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Technology Management, at Southern Illinois University. Neil moved to College Station, Texas, to help plant a local church and worked for a grounds management company at Texas A&M University for nearly 7 years. While living in College Station, Neil met his wife, Harper, and they continue to raise their family locally. Neil is an ISA Certified Arborist and a TRAQ-Qualified Tree Risk Assessor with 5 years of experience in the tree care industry. He strives to be a good steward within the field of arboriculture.

Dr. Todd Watson

PhD, BCMA, TRAQ

Dr. Watson earned a BS degree in Horticulture and a PhD in Plant Pathology from Texas A&M University. He was an Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, and Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University, where he conducted research on trees and authored and co-authored several articles in research journals and professional publications dealing with a wide array of arboriculture topics. In addition, he taught arboriculture and urban forestry classes at Texas A&M for over 20 years, and he currently teaches Arboriculture 101, a 4-day short course to help people become Certified Arborists. Before and during his academic career, he worked in the public and private sectors in tree and landscape consulting and management for over forty years.   

Dr. Watson has been a longtime member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Texas Chapter of ISA. He is an ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist (TX-0974b) and a TRAQ-Qualified Tree Risk Assessor. He has served as Vice President of the Arboricultural Research and Education Academy, Secretary of the Texas Urban Forestry Council, and a member of the editorial boards for ISA's Arborist News and the Journal of Arboriculture and Urban Forestry. He was named a Montague Teaching Scholar at Texas A&M in 2005. In 2003, he was voted Texas Arborist of the Year.
